From our office:
0-10km – $50 each way
10-20km – $70 each way
20-30km – $85 each way
30-40km – $100 each way
40-50km – $120 each way
50-70km – $190 each way
Over 70kms – Please contact us

Hire Conditions
DIY hire is for a maximum of 3 days only – additional hire days can be negotiated
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with final payment due on collection/ delivery
Following your booking you’ll be required to complete and sign our Hire Agreement; refusals will result to cancellation
DIY hire is not accepted for certain items – for example amusements & backdrops
All prices listed are DIY hire only (unless stated otherwise), set up is an additional cost
Set up options are available for all items & we will be happy to discuss this further with you
All hired items must return in a clean undamaged condition, otherwise charges will apply
Delivered hire items will be unloaded in the easiest position for the driver – it’s the hirers responsibility to move them to the desired location, hired items are to be placed back in the position they were left, otherwise charges will apply
FAQs
How far do you travel?
We generally don’t travel any further than 2 hours from our office in Gleneagle, if you’re outside our delivery range, you're welcome to collect and return to us.
Is the hire rate per day?
No, the hire price is for a maximum of 3 days, additional hire days may be negotiated.
Do I need to wash the linen?
No, we take care of that for you – washing and pressing is included in the hire price.
How much do you charge for setup?
Every event is different, so setting up charges vary, the more information you can provide to us in terms of what you want to hire, quantities, location etc., the faster and more accurate the quote will be.
